Miami-based architectural firm, Architectonica has produced a series of conceptual rendererings for more than 1.22 million s.f. of non-residential space and 150 dwelling units in 4 towers anchoring each corner of the 5.6 acre site.
New York based Project for Public Space have been involved in helping to create a public space that people can benefit from on a daily basis. Their vision for Downtown Plaza is designed to celebrate local art, culture, music and theater and create a sophisticated metropolitan dynamic.
The Center courtyard is designed to encompass a green open space and water features, walkways, open-air permanent art displays and a performance stage. Downtown Plaza is designed to be a central gathering place. The cornerstone of downtown revitalization where people feel connected to the City.
